I had to replace our Galley Maid pump last week. After the new pump was installed, the breaker pops when there is a load on the motor. I conditioned the stator as I have been trained by GM. Is there a chance that the breaker is "bad"? How do I test the breaker? Thanks.

Circuit breakers, like everything else, do age and start tripping at a lesser value than they were designed to.
Before changing it though, put a clamp on ammeter on the lead at the pump and cycle the pump on. Check the amperage on the meter. This will tell you if the breaker is behaving or if the pump is pulling more amperage than it should.
While you are poking around the pump, make sure that your connections to the pump are clean and bright and that the crimp on terminations are properly crimped. You may have a high resistance contact.
