Dimmer light knobs

There are 2 knobs which control the light in the compas and the gages to dim and brighten .
Both switches or should i say dimmer switches are frozen i have got two and replaced the switches they are wired and working well. The old gages had a chrome knob on them they were all eaten up with lack of care and salt. The set screws were frozen up and now they are striped out and no good.
Cam anyone help to find two i will settle for two good used ones or a web site to find new ones . Sams has a old black thing with a half moon on it no good for me.
