I have a pair of tachs out of my '79 with 6v92ta's. My boat is in Westerly, so I could bring them out from CT and show them to you next weekend. They are working take outs from when I installed Floscans a few years ago. $100 for the pair.

Call SAM's maybe? Also Dieselpro has gauges that look like those.

Try Isspro, on the West Coast. They may be able to make up what you need, or something very close to it.
I think the 12v gauge may be an item called a Chargicator.... not absolutely certain, though.

Check under the SW "Deluxe" line. Very similar appearance and v.g. quality. Several vendors offer them and come up on the internet. I used "Ft. Lauderdale Speedometer", referred by Sams.

I wouldn't recommend Stewart-Warner. Quality is not the same anymore.
