DD powercool 3000 vs Pencool 3000

DD powercool 3000 vs Pencool 3000 are these two the same thing? The DD stuff says "with Pencool" technology and the names are almost identical. Does pencool make the product for DD? the boat is in souther California and i want to run distilled water with the pencool additive only.

I just got off the phone with pencool chemist and their Pencool 3000 is the same exact thing as Detroit Diesel Powercool 3000. Pencool just places the detroit diesel name on the bottle. Just FYI.
