DD 6-71n riser

I have 5-7 degrees difference between both engines. Both impellers are new, heat exchangers are clean, and fuel coolers are clean so I'm suspecting that the riser on the "hotter" engine must be clogged from its 40 years of service. Where can I get this risers? Thanks

5 to 7 degrees? Is that your variance?

Yes, the port engine is 5-7 degrees cooler than the starboard engine. This is checked with the IR thermometer.

Go run the boat and enjoy it. Thats not enough of a variance to worry about.

On this engines is the oil cooler cooled by the coolant or by saltwater?
