Dash knobs and nuts

Looking for somone that might stock the knobs and nuts for the dash push pull switchs. Called Sams, can't help. Nothing wrong with the switchs just the crodded chrome. They look to be cole hersee # 8113-10 knobs which I found on the web but can't seem to find the nuts which look like 8340 like to do up and lower staions while i'l at it. There was a post about the idenity plates anything come of anyone making them? Thanks Bill

Don't know if it's the wrong area but I found all my knobs and nuts on my '77 were acually all plated brass. Polished the knobs up on the lathe and the nuts on a buffing wheel. came out like new. Only three had the brass show through so I plated them. I would guess yours may be the same. A lot easier and cheaper than trying to find new. Brian

I'm in the boat yard in marathon right now sitting across from a 58 lrc typhon. I'm getting the bridge painted and since it's about 1300 miles to my shop easier to buy new (lol). New paint and the least I can do is put new knobs on the old girl since she's also getting all new gauges top to bottom once they're out i'll post them lower station gsuges aren't to bad. Have three working tachs to get rid of as well as the senders. So I really want shiny bling for my switchs. Bill
