I am seeing a trend and it’s a good trend and that is with great customer service from some of the old established companies. I like many have had great service from Galley Maid and today I had to contact Raritan about a new Marine Elegance toilet I just installed that seemed to be not working properly. They could not have been nicer and very helpfull, solved my problem over the phone. In this day of phone trees and long wait periods on hold , it is great to see that true customer service is still alive and well in some companies. John

Right. I would like to mention onlineropestore.com, I think it is. Best deals on docklines etc I've ever seen, and here in 2 days from Ontario. And they make all their rope themselves, this is not crap from China. Great folks to deal with.

Indeed some companies have great customer service. Defender and Imtra are two that come to mind. Everytime I ve had to call Imtra to get a part (side power bow thruster, exalto wipers etc) Service was top notch.
