Cummins 330B exhaust mixing elbow

Don't have a Hatteras however have an exhaust leak on my stb engine. Mechanic says the mixing elbow from the turbo to the exaust system itself needs to be replaced. Serial # 45684172. Called a cummins dealer and he said that the boat mfg, Maxum, ordered the engines without the mixing elbow and must have custom ordered that part for the boat. Anyone here have any advise and approx cost for this part?

I had some made from these guys, http://www.marine-exhaust.com/index.html. A guy came to the boat, made some measurements with a couple of laser tools. When they were done they shipped them to me and I installed them. They fit as if they were custom made

6 years later they are the nicest looking component in the engine space and I have not had to do anything to them to keep them looking good.

Just ordered/installed a set from Alvern Marine Exhaust. I went with a dry elbow and water injection on the downside. Figure about $2k each.

The Hatteras originals(at least in the '80s) were done by Key Marine. That company is gone but Barracuda Marine Exhaust is the builders grandson and reportedly has the original blueprints.

Scott's recommendation is good Marine Manifold has don work for me and makes the Viking risers I beleive.

FYI there is a pair for sale on South FL craigslist. Search Cummins, ad is dated 4/10.

That is a 4" exhaust only good for around 180 - 210 hp.
