Cruising From New Jersey to Boston and Portland

Just wondering about running the 53 from New Jersey northward. Will be summer weather. I welcome your thoughts and suggestions.

Lots of great ports along th way, Connecticut River, Mystic, Watch Hill, Greenport, Sag Harbor, Montauk, Newport, Block Is., Cutty Hunk, Vineyard (several ports), Nantucket, Providence Town, boston and Marblehead are some of my favorites there are plenty of others. If you do make the trip plan to fuel in Galilee, Point Judith last August I paid $1.80 a gallon there.

I have ben to all of the ports mentioned all great spots anchored an at a most of them dockage available at all.
