  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
41' CONVERTBLE-Series II (1986 - 1991)
I am replacing hoses on a 1987 Covington 671 tib. The hose is for venting ( venting coolant )and is 1/8" ID. Any help would be appreciate. I checked on silicon blue fc234 but connectors and adapters became a problem sourcing. The original material seems to be rubber.

Are you referring to the coolant overflow hoses? If so, rubber hose is what you need. Available at any auto parts store.

These are not the coolant overflow hoses. The hoses ( 4 on each engine ) run from heat exchanger to vent block, exhaust manifold to vent block, water manifold to vent block and expansion tank to vent block.

OK. Sorry, I don't recognize what you're looking for. Hopefully someone else can help out.

On my 16-92s, I used blue Aeroquip type hose for that application so they matched all of the fuel hoses in appearance. Saying that, any black rubber hot water rated hose will do. Napa has spools of it .

Does it have the an/jic style fittings on the end? Is it socketless....meaning no hose clamps and not mechanically crimped? You need to figure that out. Cheapest way is to run auto grade heater hose. If you want to get nicer you can use gates/aeroquip or parker socketless -4 hose (1/4" ID) , but its not cheap. A hydraulic host supply store should be able to get you sorted out if you want to go in that direction.
