coolant leak above exhaust manifolds?

I have 12v71ti and it has a coolant manifold above the exhaust that connects to the closed cooling system. Intercooling? I am new to this one and my manuals show those ports capped off? I have leaks on a vertical gaskets on both sides... Seem like a bad design with no clamps or way to hold this tight. I cannot find what this is or a part #. I would imaging I need gaskets for both ends of this manifold.
I am sure you experts know exactly what this is lol...

That rail on the head flows coolant out of the head to the thermostat housing. They come in 4 or 6 port configs. The un-used ports on the head are capped with a plate. Paper gaskets are used at every connect.
Where this manifold meets the thermostat assembly, a short round gland is used instead of a hose. A single hose clamp is used around this gland to keep it from leaking.

I think where I see the number 512, this may be the gland that is missing the clamp. Can you send better pictures of this area?

Thank you... I thought it seemed like a weak connection... The PO put those in with sealant only. I am amazed I made it from Boston to Tampa, back to Key west again before leaking.

I have 12V71TI's as well. Mine have clamps around that part

The definitively should be a clamp around that. I use a liner clamp for silicone hose (little wider). That's an unusual rubber flange gasket. It bevels toward the middle and I carry spares.
