Hatterati,
After a good rain I get standing water on the port side of the flybridge. It looks like there is a drain / limber hole just forward of the bench seat and one on the bench itself. This is where I get water pooling. Are what I mentioned, in fact, drains/limber holes? If so, what is the best means to clear obstructions? I am tired of sopping up standing water after every rain.

By the way, I really appreciate the help thus far as I continue to learn how to maintain my first Hatteras. This forum has been invaluable.

I’ve had good luck back flushing with a garden hose at the thru hull end. I wrap a rag around it to get a seal. Light on the water pressure.

I have the same problem on my boat. Up on the FB the floor has a crown so I get a pool port and stbd fwd of helm seating. There is a drain on each side that goes thru to drain over each side but there was no tubing just a glassed channel. I used two small plastic pipes to connect the inside to the outside and water still pools up and the pipes are clear. Previous owner had both inside holes caulked up prior to my "repair". I now have a squeegee I use to sweep the water to the rear so it drains.

On my 55 C it runs through a tunnel in the bench then into the space on the port wall and out through the corner of the ceiling overhang above the cockpit. Mine was running into the the engine room through the wire chase via defective caulking so I routed it all the way in copper. Mr. Clarkson made a trough in his to divert it. Pics are somewhere on here.

Ah ha. I will look into that. I'd rather have a bit of pooled water to clean up, than water getting into the salon or engine room. Thanks!
