cleats

I'm looking for a pair of cleats to attach to the transom of my 1982 48 MY. I want them to look like the original cleats used on the boat. Does anyone have some or know where I may get lucky? The deck cleats on my boat now measure 15" but for my purpose I can probably use as small as 12"

They should have them in a few sizes.
