Boat Digest

I have run across a monthly magazine called Boat Digest "the essential guide for the serious boater". From the advertising, It appears to be mainly a Great Lakes regional publication, although it's publishing offices are in Connecticut. It's a good read, and I have really enjoyed the few issues I have seen that I received by mail. I don't seem to find it on the news stand anywhere that I happen to travel-Md and Fl. Has anyone else here heard of this magazine? Does anyone else here read it?

Never heard of it, Eric, but we do have "Skuttlebut" in the Great Lakes as you know. We were at the Miami boat show and saw them passing out "Skuttlebut" magazines. I didn't stop to see if they were the same as our Great Lakes issues or written for a different market.

i recently received a couple of issues, part of some promotion i guess. the first one had an editrial mentioning they were expanding byond the great lakes.

it's ok i guess, i wasn't impressed by the depth of the articles, lots of obvious stuff.... no better no worst than most others....
