Boarding Ladders

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can add a TEMPORARY Ladder from my Tuna Door so I can enter and exit the water. Thanks Tom/GinaMarie. I have no swim platform or steps.

The bracket mounts just under the tuna door. Use care with the cored transom - drill, fill with epoxy, use a good backing plate, etc.

I have one of these and it works great. 4-step, attaches when wanted and detaches leaving only the bracket when not - in seconds.

I have a very nice one that came with my 88-36. It was mounted right where the transom door opens. I had a swim platform installed so it's now in the basement with all the other boat stuff that I no longer use is. The problem is the two small brackets that the ladder attaches to are still mounted on the boat. If you are interested I'll check find out the make and if you can order the small mounting brackets you could be in business. I have no idea what I'll want for it. Think about it and let me know if you are interested. If so it will be a bargain, it's just taking up space. I don't want to remove the bracket because that will lead to some fiberglass repair, not something I feel like doing right now.

I have a Marquipt on my 46SF. Sounds like what Tony D has. If thats what your getting, mounts in seconds and makes boarding the boat very easy, even for a child or our dog.
