  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
53' MOTOR YACHT (1969 - 1988)
I have several hoses in the bilge which are capped at both ends and don't serve a purpose to me. I'm wanting to get these out of here as I clean up the bilges.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't remove these hoses?

Thanks!

If they’re capped at both ends they’re not serving a purpose now. I would remove them after you’ve done the investigation to make sure that they’re not needed for the future. But if they’re not needed yank them out. You’re gonna have fun getting that grease out of there. It’s a messy job but very rewarding. Good luck

I sent you a PM.

Thanks... That's what I was assuming but I figured I would check first. It should make it a bit easier to get the grease out of the bilges with all the unnecessary junk out of there.

Thanks for the PM!
