Aqualarm System Monitor

Has anyone installed an Aqualarm System Monitor on their vessel? I have 1987 41 conv. with 671 Covingtonm 485 tib's. Any help or cautions would be appreciated. Also, I would like to scrap the existing 12 point system and what cautions should I consider when doing this?

I have installed Aqua Alarm water flow alarm systems on my last 3 boats. Great to know if there is a problem before the over temp alarm goes out. However I have had 2 of the flow switches fail. They were readily available from Aqua Alarm but for something as simple as an on off switch, I am surprised they failed. Both were about 4 years old.
