April in SF Bay @ TI ?

The Easter Bunny regularly makes a deposit Easter Morning on all boats anchored at TI. No one knows who does it. But it's been going on for 20 years. Since it was sunny and in the mid 70s this weekend (kinda like Florida weather, without the humidity ) it gave me the itch to be out boatin'. I'm wondering if there isn't a raft up in the "SF Contingent's" future? It may not be the CDR, but it's something. (Angle I's moorings are still out of commission.)

I was just out at Angel Island this weekend. It was beautiful. The moorings are just fine and much better then the old ones. I would be up for a raft-up anytime. I'm sure I can get a couple of other Hatts I know to join us...

Okay, I'll admit it, I'm the Easter Bunny you're talking about.

Man, I sure would love to check out the left coast. A good friend of mine who grew up in Washington wanted us to bareboat charter a boat and head north until both of us ran out of money (3 days tops!). Brain cancer cancelled our plans after giving him only about 30 days notice. Live and learn boys, live and learn.

"Florida weather without the humidity" sounds awful good to me. As has been the case for the past 20 years, I'll see you, but you won't see me! I always had more fun there than I did at the CDR because nobody knew I was there!

I made mention of the fact I plan to be in San Diego around June sometime if things work out. Can I make a public appearance in your area without any Easter Eggs?

Looks like I got my months mixed up, so be on the look-out sometime in July for my possible visit to the left coast.
