Anyone need a helm base?

We have been looking for a helm base for our baby for about 6 months with no luck. We saw the perfect one when visiting Robby and Brenda so now we are in the process of having a copy of that helm base made because we can't find one like it. (Thanks Robby and Brenda for the pics and measurements...) We are talking to two companies and are considering building a mold. Is there anyone that needs or wants one? I do not have a price as of yet but if you have any interest please let us know.

I have found a source for a base slightly smaller and has a door on back for access. I do not have a firm price yet but indications are 500 bucks shipped.
