Anyone know of CPMY "Time Out"?

Hi Guys!
New to the forum for posting but am slowly working thru the threads (page 87 or so with many more to go). Regardless. Looking for info on a Hatt CPMY "Time Out" hailing out of Washington DC that an acqaintance of mine saw in Annapolis about 3 weeks ago. Anyone know her/of her?
If not, is there some way I can track her down?

Matt, Thank you for your prompt reply! I would love to have his number when you are able to lay your hands on it. How would we be able to do that without broadcasting it all over the internet? I am new to the board and sorta clueless...
