He has contacted broker but had no response. I have finally gotten my friend to come over to the Hatteras side and he is now seriously looking for one.

I looked at that boat about a month ago before I found my 67' 44 Tri Cabin. It looked like a nice boat for someone who is willing to take on a big project. I could have picked it up cheaper than my 44 but I was dead set on the tri cabin layout. I saw the boat while it was on the hard. The engine room appeared to be quite neglected and a bit more of a project than I was looking to get wrapped up in. The broker said the owners were just looking for any possible offer and would seriously entertain any offer.
