I saw that one come up a few days ago. Curious to see what the deal is. As you said if she's decent, this would be a deal. Engine and generator hours listed are low.

In the current environment - That's the right asking price IMO.
Canvas looks shot. No dinghy or davit. Since no interior shots, it may be scary.

I was thinking about the same except I didn't notice the lack of a davit. Photos that are there aren't great so it's hard to say. But if she is decent, that seems like a good price. A nice 3406 one just sold up by you for pretty decent money. That boat looked very nice and was well equipped with a lot of newer goodies.

I hear on the grapevine (maybe on another thread) that a real nice 52 CPMY may be coming on the market soon. Her current owner may have perhaps contracted on a 58 LRC. But, it's a secret. Shhhh!
