Another "does anyone know" Re: ER door insulation

Anyone know what material and thickness the door insulation is on an 1981 , 61 CMY? I think the stuff was soundown and perhaps 1"? Not sure as it's now all in little tiny pieces in a fat bulge at the bottom of my ER doors. .....Pat

The 61CMY is a lengthened 56My and there is no insulation on the doors of my boat, nor any of the 61's or 58's of that era I looked at, so my guess is that whatever you had was courtesy of a PO?
