My Analytic BCA1505 charger came with the boat and it has been working great. This week the alarm went on light spot 3 and 6. Light 6 is battery temp which all seemed fine as I checked and the other(light 3) is low output. Manual says check 2 things; First, I checked what was plugged in and nothing new was drawing power. Second, the manual says that low output can also cause the issue when not enough juice is input. This week for the first time in years, every slip is full on our floating dock. Could that cause low input and cause the issue?

Did you check the input voltage at the charger terminals?

No. Going to check that and also the pedestal. Will report back. But wouldn't it take a big drop to cause the alarm???

I called analytic systems. I spoke with Cam and he quickly diagnosed the problem. I have a bad battery Sensor that was causing the alarms. Very impressed with their service. He suggested I send the whole unit and they would check the circuit board but the batteries would continue to charge. Need to replace the sensor.
