I had some work done on a BW there and never met a more honest and fiar man. I believe his name is Kirk. He has been doing marine transmissions for a long time and is probably 70+ with tons of experience. He was looking to sell but still worth a try. He had stock of some rebuilt gears in the shop when I was there so he may be able to help you out.
