Aft deck seat and fishing center

[Bugs Too 58 YF]

Have just removed a custom aft deck seat with built in fishing center/storage accessible from cockpit from our 58 YF (the first mate wants a bigger table). It has two sets of double doors and inside are drawers and shelves. It is in good condition, but needs refinishing. There are two newly recovered (Sunbrella cloth) foam cushions.

Aft Deck Seat

Scott,

I'll try to get photos and dimensions this weekend. I believe the seat is the original bench seat. The seat bottom accesses have been sealed and a storage center built into the back with drawers and shelves. It appears to be very professional millwork (teak)...in fact, I thought it was factory original. Don't know if Hatteras offered it as an option or a previous owner had it crafted.

Further info: Customization was done in teak by ROCCO Custom Woodworking in California. Seat is in Sarasota, FL.
