advice on a charter boat in/around destin FL

I am getting together with friends and their families in the Destin area 4/26-5/3. Last time we fished for grouper, snapper, and cbia and had a great day. We picked a boat out of the book (2006) and had a good experience.
I know that some of you are in that area, and may have reccs for a boat and species that would make for a good half or full day. It would likely be 5 or 6 guys. I am the only boater, but all have fished before. No one got sick last time in a 3-4 steep chop in the afternoon on the way back in.
Any thoughts appreciated.
