671TI Blockheater location

I have a friend who wants to install blockheaters in a671TI. Does anyone have them installed and where are they located? Any pictures would help.

There is a plate behind the fuel pump with three bolts. The y make a special block heater to fit.

I replaced a heater this summer on my 671 Covington tib and found that the suggested "J" wrench for removal of the fuel pump did not work as well as an old-fashioned distributer wrench. Also, there are number of threads in this forum detailing the installation.

No problem. Just follow the instructions about avoiding air pockets.
