6-71N coolant capacity

What is the coolant capacity on a 6-71N? Thanks.

Just changed mine, on one engine, 1972 6-71N J&T 310hp. I used straight DD Powercool and was able to fill 4 gals coolant, 4 gals, distilled water from store bought jugs. I tried to add a little, at the end, to 'top off', but only a 'splash of coolant would go in; maybe a cup. Because I missed totally closing one petcock, at first, and I lost a little, when first filling; that may account for the cup at the end. Otherwise, it appears 8 gals was the actual capacity.

P.s., will see what responses/remarks there may be for using distilled water.
