6-71 dipstick and gasket

Where can I buy the dipstick for the starboard engine and the gasket that goes between the exhaust manifold and the riser? DD 6-71n

I would try a Detroit Diesel dealer, make sure the engine is not Covington or J&T, if either, order from them.

My 6-71's are J&T ordered the gaskets and risers off them. They were in stock had them next day Bill

Bill, where did you buy the parts?

Ordered them off Johnson and Towers think they're in Mt Laurel NJ but do a search. At least the guy I talked to knew just what I wanted and I didn't need part numbers. Risers brought tears to my eyes but they had them as well as the gaskets, which are metal. Bill
