58' Yachtfish for sale??

Has anyone looked at the 58' yachtfish that is listed on YW from St. Petersburg FL area. They are asking 145k. I talked to the broker and she had mixed thoughts. What is it really like.

Maynard, you have a PM. I, too, noticed this boat came back on the market and the price has been steadily falling at rapid pace and I know why!

Ironically, when we left Tampa after looking at this boat and drove over to Miami, I found my "Sanctuary" and didn't have to go home boatless afterall!
