58 ft explodes

Any one know anything about the 58 footer that exploded and burnt off the west coast. Only the caption was on board and he was rescued with minor injuries.
News said it was off Washington State and a rubber whale watching boat resqued the man.

Per the AP, it was a 52' yacht and was in the Straights of Juan de Fuca- not off the coast. The Canadian whale watcher was a Zodiac (they use big ones). No info on make of boat or cause of explosion/fire. The owner was from Idaho and had retired to the boat. All his worldly possessions were aboard. He was airlifted to a Seattle hospital and released the same day so he must be ok. I wonder if he had insurance.
