53MY "Bargeboard?"

I'm trying to find a piece of the stuff that I have always called bargeboard - incorrectly, apparently. You, know the paneling that wraps around the side deck from just aft of the side door, around the back of the boat. I need a piece of it that I can paint but searching for "Bargeboard," comes up with references to trim on houses, nothing for boats.

So what is the correct name for the stuff, what is it made of and where do I get some? It needs to be paintable. Is it just acrylic plastic?
