Have replaced all windows (14) on 1980 53' YF with units of new manufacture. Old windows (14) available. Very little corrosion and anodzing is in excellent condition on all windows except cockpit (aft stateroom) window which shows corrosion and was painted by a previous owner. All have been disassembled and all wood stops removed and replaced with starboard stops. All green (original) glass available if wanted, however, two windshields have some minor discoloration in the glass. All sliders have been disassembled, cleaned and need reassembly and new fuzzy strips. We had originally pulled the windows with the plan to replace all glass (with grey tint) and fuzzy strips and reassemble, since they were in good condition otherwise but were leaking due to worn fuzzy strips. After removal, we decided to replace windows complete and go to black powder coat finish and eliminate sliding sections. There is very little corrosion around screw holes, etc. Frames have never been painted and look near new. Suggest they might be a good bet to replace windows that currently need painting or re-painting. Removal was fairly straight-forward and all windows came out undamaged. Price negotiable. All windows as-is, where-is and include inner trim rings where applicable..Stuart FL.
