Our 1974 48YF 'Freeway' is for sale in Ventura, California. We have been living aboard for 18 months hoping to prepare the boat for our retirement but health issues mean we must return to dry land. Twin stateroom version so master is huge.
New since 2011: water heater, fresh water pump, salon reverse cycle a/c, fresh water flush head, remodeled galley with microwave/convection oven, custom built-in desk etc.
Looking for $75K or will hand over to broker.
