FYI,

I do not own the boat any longer. It was a total loss and was covered by insurance.

I have heard varying numbers as to how many boats were totaled there. Any idea a solid number?

That is so sad to see, all because a boater used an open flame to fuse the connections for a stereo.

I do not know how many were a total loss. There were over 80 boats in there of all sizes.

I did talk to some people whose boats had been "cleaned" and put back into the water and they were not happy with the results. Perhaps their concerns have been addressed by now.
