43' MY access to engine room blower

I will be attempting to replace my starboard engine room blower. The motor is behind the AC panel. (Working on a 1987 43 MY). If someone has done this before, please share how you accessed it. It doesn't look like the panel will move very much due to the amount of wires. To the right of the panel are 2 wood studs that I may remove and try to squeeze it in.
