2024 gt70 7.5

They Better find SOMETHING to make it competitive, I'm not seeing it.

I was at the Lauderdale show Hatt had nothing. I believe that boat was under construction for a while and finished in 23. Hatt always brought out their model years in the previous July so that they could fish the tournament circuit and show off the new models before winter. Cars were that way also. My dad and I would go around to all the dealers for the big unveiling of the new cars in September.

There are 2024 Viking 68's available for $6.895mil and up, 2023 Viking 72 for $8,395mil, so $7.4 mi for a 2024 Hatteras 70' of unknown quality as well as unknown resale is a big reach to me. Production wise the Vikings just have a huge edge at this point, just unbelievable that Johnny Morris and his team didn't get the Hatteras brand back on track, guess they really just wanted the Hatteras facilities to build Makos and Trackers, etc...

At least we have the legendary boats. That’s something. Pontiac is no more but in no way does that make my 68 Firebird anything less. If Hatteras really wanted to start a comeback they new to go down to at least a 38-42’ SF and maybe upper 40’s MY to attract buys that want to move up and stick with the brand. IMHO.

Viking had a ton of boats there all big plus the Vahalas which are big CC’s all the price tags are 3,4,5 million and up. I really don’t get where all the money is coming from. Someone said you can get 50 year financing on boats now?

I don't see the Hatteras logo anywhere on that boat- did I miss it? I didn't see nav lights, either.

If Johnny Morris was serious about bringing the Hatteras name back to it's original glory he wouldn't have crushed and disposed of all the original molds as one of his first steps. I think Cricket you are correct.

Running lights are seen the the hardtop corners and on the mast-post right behind the searchlight.
