41' TWIN CABIN (1965 - 1971)
Now before you all give me a whole ration of grief, these boats are not my listings, and I have nothing to do with either of them in any way. OK?

Today I was aboard a 1985 58' stabilized MY called "Capital Gains" She has the 18'2" beam, engines reported majored 100 hours ago, paint is decent, interior is clean and conservatively decorated. I think she is a value at the asking price of $339K.

I was also aboard a 1994 52' MY called "Orion's Way" She started life as an open bridge with bimini top and enclosure and now has a hardtop and hard enclosed bridge that is almost like a raised pilothouse. Now, you may not like that particular arrangement, but this work was beautifully executed. The aft is all hard enclosed (factory) and she has been extensively refit and updated. She is also stabilized. Interior decor is quite nice, but the headliners are strange. They are sagging, all very uniformly. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it looks odd. Otherwise, this baby is amazing looking in and out. She is priced at $345K ask by her 2 boat owner. He is motivated.

Both are on YachtWorld.

I was on the 58" at the PB Boat show. Nice boat for the money. I was told the boat could be bought for less than $300,000.
