Anybody have information on the 1989 67’ CPMY named Eleuthera in Washington state? What’s the condition?

I know the broker as he sold me my last Hatteras. This is an estate sale. Dated electronics and dated interior. Stated the hull could use a good waxing. Engines have over 5000 hours each with no rebuild. Minimal smoke on a cold start. No bow thrusters or stablizers. Stated the price of $269,000 was about what the boat was worth. With the high hours on the engines and lack of stabilizers I'd say around $225,000 is more realistic. This is a fresh water boat in Seattle.
