Love your boat - been studying the pictures as I contemplate updates on mine. That tower setup is great - much less terrifying to climb up than those side ladders on mine.

Your only challenge to sell will be finding someone knowledgeable enough to understand the gem you have there.

We have a lot of photos of the big and little upgrades we have done.
We have worked to make the upgrades look factory original at every level.
One of the biggest changes was removing the engine room a/c compressors.
We put individual self contained units in every stateroom and the salon.
They fit into the same space as the air handlers that were already there.
And the sound is hardly noticeable over the oem air handlers.
The extra room in engine room is crazy big. Also the room on bridge from that air handler is also great.
We got rid of the old 19 gallon water heater on stbd. Side of stbd. Motor and installed a 9 gallon unit all the way forward of stbd motor. The new 9 gallon heater has more capacity than the 19 gallon unit.
You can crawl all the way around the stbd. Eng room easy now.

Just curious the dinette was replaced by a lounge and table in the 87 and up was this a special order or did you put it in.

Dinette is original.
If you look at the 52c brochures this dinette is there in all years.
I have seen a few boats with the “L” shipped dinette so that must have been an option.

Does the galley have the low profile or the large tall refrigerator in the corner?

has the full height refrigerator.
will get a photo.
we also removed the original dishwasher and trash compactor
replaced compactor with a wine/beverage cooler that fits exact, made custom storage drawers in the space from the dishwasher.

here is another update we did.
took all of the burlwood laminate in the complete boat and installed the off white laminate that matches the original that is in the galley.

It looks like the galley up configuration with 3 berths? Are you still looking to sell her?

Would love to know what the brand and model of the air handlers are for the self contained units.
Thanks

Would you sell it w/o the tuna tower?

Yes, can be purchased without the tower.
