I know nothing but I would hate to wash it!!! Looks neat and clean and well cared for from the picks.good luck.

Looks like a total make over. I bet they spent a chunk on it. It still has the original washer and dryer. Impressive. Also I would hate to wash it. How bot waxing it? You could spend every day keeping it up. A wise man once said, you either have to have lots of time or money to keep one of these Hatts up. I have neither. I cant even keep my 43 like I want it. Either way it looks like a great boat and is a head turner.

I am retired and spend everyday maintaining the sailboat we currently have, so I am used to that. My wife suffered a back injury in December of 2013 and by the time they properly diagnosed it her foot had dropped and she has permanent nerve damage. She can no longer move around if we are under sail and heeled over. So time to look for a power yacht again. We had a 48 Roamer years ago so not strangers to them.

I like this one but the hours on those Detroits scare me. It won't be too long to either a major overhaul or replacement with Cummins. Either way expensive.

We'd like to go to Mexico. Working our way down the Baja Peninsula and into the Sea of Cortez. Not sure how she would handle that even with the stabilizers.

Agree the boat looks solid.

PM Ross McDonald and ask about travel south on a stabilized Hatt. He has been back and forth to PV multiple times on his former 60 foot series 1 enclosed bridge Convertible with stabilizers. different boats, but he ran his EB at hull speed I believe and can give some insight.

There is no comparison between the ride of a my and a convertible. Yes stabilizers help but the center of boy any and center of gravity are so different to begin with. Add to that the height above the water and you get the idea. If you want to run like a trawler get a trawler. There is no way around the difference in hull shapes.
