It is in Virginia Beach, eastern branch of the Lynnhaven River near Broad Bay. I cruise by it weekly April-October.

SU TOI isn't my boat. I have a Bertram, and I am also at Marina Shores.

Nice looking vessel. While I love the large salon I don't think I would like to be without the large "porch"..... Hence the ED's are not on my radar, which is good 'caus they seem to be at the higher end of the $$ spectrum.
