Floorplan: Galley up - This was the preferred floorplan on the 38 as it has a HUGE master stateroom, much larger than anything else in it's class. Bunk stateroom and head are below with galley and salon up.

Top Speed at WOT is close to 30 knts

Known Items that buyer should be aware of
- TV in Salon has some dead pixels. We never watch tv on it but do use it for the garmin network functionality. I believe it is a 27" flat screen. It works, just has some dots and vertical lines in it. A 32" tv would fit in this space.
- Anchor windlass. Not sure if this works or not, never even turned power on to it. We only anchor in 10' deep water and I need the workout.
- Cockpit Freezer - compressor unit was removed and we use this as a drink cooler. Could easily be converted back to a freezer if desired
- Swim Platform - we removed in 2015. I still have the platform and it comes with the boat, would need to be re-installed at haul out if the new owner wished.
- Cabin Ice Maker - we removed in 2016, unit was fully functional. We converted this space to tackle storage, could be easily re-installed. Ice Maker comes with the boat.
- Stove Top - 1 of the switches is bad, so only 1 of the burners is currently functional.
I am willing to remove some items like Electronics and Tuna Tubes if a price reduction is desired and the new owner does not want these high end items. I will move them all to our new boat as I will be installing the same exact stuff on it.
Boat is turn key, we fished a Jr Angler Tournament in June and had her 100 miles offshore in the gulf. I would not hesitate to step onto the boat today and head offshore.
Boat is located in Pensacola, FL. I would be happy to work with the new owner and help with delivery.
We are only selling b/c our recent offer on a 52' Hatteras was accepted. We weren't necessarily looking for a bigger boat but one presented itself.
