DESCRIPTION: The classic-lined Hatteras 43' DC motor yacht is from the company that is the foremost leader in the construction of fiberglass yachts. This vessel includes an upper flybridge station with Bimini canvas top. Bow deck seating with cushions and canvas cover. Clear aft deck vinyl enclosure with screens. Master stateroom is aft with centerline queen berth, drawers and storage, and two closets plus full ensuite bathroom with shower. Guest cabin is forward with twin V-berths plus full bath. Roomy salon with 32" Magnavox flat-panel LED HDTV, two swivel chairs, convertible love seat and cherry drop leaf table. Dinette includes table that converts to berth. New haddon hall teak parquet flooring installed in galley (summer 2013). Seals kit installed in sanitation unit in forward head (summer 2013). Flybridge Datamarine depth sounder gauge overhauled (winter 2013). New water heater installed (summer 2014). New Jabsco electric motor and repair kit for forward head (fall 2014).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Sale is final. Sold in "as is" condition. Prior to closing buyer and seller agree to enter into a vessel purchase agreement putting forth the terms of the sale. Payment will be made by wire transfer to an escrow agent. Boat will be released upon confirmation of good funds and entering into a bill of sale. Should buyer and seller not resolve any issues pertaining to sea trial or inspection of vessel, seller will not be entitled to return of deposit.
NOTE: Ship haul out and survey was conducted on July 20, 2012. Survey is available upon request for serious inquires only. A signed sales contract will be required before conducting a sea trial. Sales Tax may apply. Buyer is responsible for paying any sales tax due to the purchase of this item. Buyer is encouraged to investigate the sales tax cost in the state of registration.
