That's extremely well written...documented. The listing made my mouth water with the HATT hunger.
 
She is truly a nice boat. I sold her to her last owner. She looks even better now. Good luck with the sale.
 
Thanks! There's been a lot of money & time put into this boat....there really isn't much that hasn't been rebuilt, refit or upgraded btwn the original owner, the previous owner and me. I'm moving from the east coast to the midwest and can't take her with me so welcome any offers.

Okay, Admiral and I are in awe of the upgrades and work that has been done on this Yacht! Scott made this a dream to own. I personally have seen the work he has done as well as the quality of the work contracted for.

The office/second cabin is a great addition to the boat and will help a family that travels with either work@home or homework needs alone. The fact it looks original is a testament to the quality workmanship Scott has done.

If a person is looking for a great boat this is it, with only your accents needed.

She is absolutely Beautiful! You must be heartbroken to have to leave such a beauty. Curious - was scrolling thru the pictures and there is one of what appears to be compass markings in the ceiling tile - East and West are in the wrong directions, is there a story behind that?

It's right. Remember, you're looking at a compass from underneath.
 
right! that's the camera reversing it.... Thanks for the compliments! I am putting it up for the winter so I guess I'll re-visit selling her in the spring. I'm thinking of moving it to the annapolis area then for more visibility as I feel like having it in the Hampton's may be too remote for people to entertain checking her out.
