1968 41c in Balt $25k

This may have been posted already, but ... I walk by this boat daily on the Balto waterfront. It always gets my attention. Thought I would put it here so maybe it finds a nice home. I know nothing more, but it looks like a lot of boat for the price, at least to a neophyte.
