What don't you understand about NO commercial activity on this site?? We non-commercial users are not interested in your sales BS. If you can't even follow these simple rules why should anyone entrust you with representing them in a sales transaction requireing a fiducary responsibility???? Trust begins with responsibility and your actions speaks volumns on your ethics. Others have voiced the same complaint with you in the past regarding this site and you still don't get it. Remember last time your claim was that you just made an innocent error and did't intend to violate the rules....seems to be a pattern here!!!! What's your excuse this time.... amnesia? Get over it.... you are not exempt from the rules...... be ethical for a change and pls keep off the site!!!!!!

Doug, thanks for your response..... you have a fine site here, with a great community of users all of who are providing real value to the entire group. I am pleased to see as a user who values the site and all of its responsible contributors and participants that you are taking the appropriate actions necessary to ensuring that it does not degrade into an hack and spam forum. I am impressed with the quality of information that is readily shared and it would be a real loss to all of us if it was lost due to the inconsiderate actions of a few. Sorry for being asleep at the switch, but this boat is in the 34 club and the "post person" is registered with us as the owner. It may be possible that the link was just put in the forum to show interested folks a listing of the boat for information. I agree, though, that this forum is a great opportunity to share information as long as the ambulance chasers are kept out of town...

Thanks Mark for alerting me to this thread. Yes, I am the owner of the '34 Sportcruiser above, and am a private individual with 1 boat for sale. Mike should be more certain of who he is addressing BEFORE he goes ballistic.

My sincere apologies to Mike, Mark, and Jeff. Mike was correct in his post. There was a commercial posting on this topic, as well as on almost every other "For Sale" posting on this forum. As I indicated, I removed all those posts made by the broker from each topic on this forum. Unfortunately, when I removed the broker posting that Mike rightfully replied to, it made it appear as though Mike was commenting on the original post when that was not the case at all.

Just wanted to set the record straight. Very sorry for the confusion.
