I am seeing some very low consumption numbers on our Floscans and I would like to recalibate them. Do any of you have calibration data from the 5000/7000 series that you can share? I am looking for rough numbers on Idle adjustments as well as the overall adjustment.
Here is a snap of our current calibration. I suspect the installer left the white out calibration of 9 & 6 on the gauges, but this is not how the boat was configured when we acquired it. The current settings of 6 & D respectively is not close to the calibration that is penciled in.

Typical flow numbers with our current running calibration:
675 - (idle with no load) 1.8GPH
1560 - 4.5GPH
These look high at idle and low at higher rpm to me? Anyone have feedback to share on this?
2) Flowscan is now out of business and I'll bet a lot of folks on this forum have these meters and can use this thread down the road.
3) Calibration docs are still online here: http://floscan.com/html/Manuals/7600_76000_MFI.pdf Get them quick before the site goes down! The relevant fuel calibration pages are 24-26.

P.S. -
1) I know these calibrations are specific to each installation. However you can only adjust the base flows so much and I suspect that most of the folks having 12v71ti or similar engines will have a similar calibration.
