110V Engine Room Fans

Both of mine work but they are so rusted and the white paint showers down on me each time I get close to them. I had to remove them to clean the engine room intake air filters so now I just want to replace them. They appear to be similar to these Navy certified fans: TPI N-12 12" 2-Speed Low Velocity Industrial Wall-Mount Fan - 1/12 hp, 800 CFM
Has anybody here replaced theirs?

I replaced mine a few years ago. As I recall, they were made by Dayton, and I got them at W W Grainger.
